Terms of enrolment

Enrolment and accounts
To enrol you need a personal account. Accounts are for one learner only and should not be shared. Organisations enrolling several people can contact us for team enrolment.
Access periods
Each course gives you access for the period shown on its course page, counted from the day you enrol. We email a reminder before your access ends.
When access ends, lessons and assessments close, but your completed lessons, results and certificates stay in your account and remain verifiable. You can renew access to a course at any time.
Payments and receipts
Prices are shown on each course page before checkout. Payments are taken by card through a certified payment provider, and a receipt is sent to your email address. Discount codes apply to the course price at checkout and cannot be combined.
Refunds
If a course is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of enrolment and before you have completed more than a quarter of the lessons, and we will refund your payment in full. Refunds are returned to the original card.
Assessment and progression
Lessons unlock in order once each lesson is complete. Some lessons require an assignment to be approved by an instructor before the next one opens. Final exams have a pass mark and a set number of attempts, both shown on the course page.
Certificates
PsyServices Academy certificates confirm participation in or completion of an Academy course. Unless a course page explicitly states otherwise, they are not externally accredited qualifications.
A certificate of participation confirms that you took part in and completed the learning activities of a course. A certificate of completion confirms that you also met its assessment requirements.
Fair use and conduct
Course materials are for your personal learning. Please do not redistribute videos, notes or assessments. Submitted work must be your own, and assignments should never include identifiable information about clients, guests or colleagues.
